Established in 2007, Coty's Landing emerged in Saginaw, Michigan, as a significant transformation by owner Lynn Coty. This new establishment, initially known as Drifters, underwent a complete makeover to become a distinguished dining destination. The vision and effort put into this transformation set the foundation for what would become the best restaurant in the area. In 2014, the founder, Lynn Coty, passed away. This pivotal moment led to Coty's Landing being entrusted to Theresa Miller, Lynn Coty's daughter. The legacy of Coty's was thus preserved and continued through this transition, marked by the owner's dedication and respect for her father's dream. Under the ownership of Theresa Miller from July 2014, the restaurant experienced another phase of evolution.

The interior was remodeled by the owner with a focus on enhancing accessibility and comfort for a diverse range of customers, including families with small children.
